Patients/Carers can return their unused/unwanted medication in 2 instances:
1) At the point of delivery of a prescription, as long as the patient has already informed the team at PillSorted ahead of time, so our drivers have clear instructions of the collection.
2) We can also book a collection of any unwanted medications which will be at our earliest convenience. The Patient/Carer must inform the team at PillSorted on help@pillsorted.com.
PillSorted drivers will not collect any medication from Patients unless specified on their delivery instructions. We do not accept any returns of Controlled Drugs or Sharps. All returned medication must be placed in a clear bag.
